Biking

The group rides will, depending on the point of the season, be composed of either a longer ride at moderate intensity, or slightly shorter with focus on speed.

On a regular basis, we will do a test to see where you’re at, and compare to your previous test to measure progress.

Important: When we ride, we will follow the traffic laws, and stop at all red lights etc. We will ride with safety first, and speed second.

Equipment:

* Helmet (required, or no ride)

* Hydration and energy

* Spare tube, tire irons and pump or CO2 (if you don’t know how to change a flat tire, someone else will be there to help you – but probably don’t want to use their own supplies)

* ID and credit card, just in case
